Our Elizabeth Cake is a Swedish classic available by the slice in-store or as a whole cake for pre-order—perfect for birthdays, office celebrations, or special gatherings.
This traditional Swedish masterpiece is created by Diana, our skilled pastry chef, using a cherished family recipe passed down through generations. The cake features three layers of almond meringue, each coated with rich dark chocolate and layered with a secret sauce that takes three hours to craft. Finished with toasted almond flakes, it’s a true delight—and it’s gluten-free!
Whole cakes are $80 and serve up to 12 slices. To pre-order, simply fill out the form below. Please allow at least 3 days’ notice of your desired pick-up date. Once your form is submitted, we’ll give you a call to arrange payment and confirm your pickup time at Casa Lu.
